May 24- Sept 1 - Dino-Mania!
Dinosaurs return to the Virginia Living Museum with an all new exciting exhibit from Kokoro, the inventor of robotic dinosaurs. Tickets available at the Concierge Desk. Dino-Mania!

July 15-October 15 - "A New World: England's First View of America"
The watercolor drawings of John White, the earliest visual record by an Englishman on the flora, fauna and people of the New World, are presented in an exhibition form teh British Museum.  Held at Jamestown Settlement. Tickets available at the Concierge Desk "A New World: England

August 30-September 1 - Labor Day Weekend Prelude to Victory
History fanatics, war buffs and those simply looking for an interesting vacation idea, Prelude to Victory: Washington Prepares for Yorktown is the perfect way to escape your daily routine this fall. During the first weekend in September Williamsburg will feature a number of reenactments and activities focusing around George Washington's siege of Yorktown. Musket drills and field maneuvers, full-out reenactments and various tales being told will all add to your entertainment and education while in the Williamsburg area this September. September 28 - Colonial Polo Cup
Join Shirley Plantation for the Biennial Colonial Polo Cup on the polo & equestrian grounds of Virginia's oldest plantation. The match will see two top teams go head-to-head on the beautiful grounds, while plenty of other exciting activities will make sure the event is fun for the whole family. As is tradition, the spectators will be invited onto the field at half-time for "divot stomping."

Before the match begins, visitors can enjoy a picnic brought from home, or purchase food and beverages, shop the boutique tent, enter the raffle drawing, and enjoy the popular tailgate party. A parade will take place that includes the popular Fifes and Drums, color guard, carriage parade and more. Visitors will have a chance to see the hounds and watch the teams warm-up before the match begins. Afterward, a party will be hosted at the players tent to celebrate the match!
Colonial Polo Cup

Saturday September 27 - Children's Day
A festive day of children's 17th century games, music, dancing, juggling, puppet shows, storytelling and hands-on crafts. Held at Jamestown Settlement. Tickets available at the Concierge Desk. Children

September 5- October 3 - Rhythms on the Riverwalk Concert Series
For some fantastic entertainment and good times with family and friends, be sure to visit Riverwalk Landing in Seaford, VA, for the Rhythms on the Riverwalk Concert Series. 

Bring your blankets and lawn chairs and get ready to enjoy some talented musicians for Rhythms on the Riverwalk. This concert series features spectacular talent from several genres of music including patriotic music, swing, big band and jazz.

While you are at Riverwalk Landing, be sure to stop by on of the many shops, and grab some souvenirs for your loved ones. Satisfy your appetite and dine at one of the many restaurants, then relax on the beach. Visting Rhythms on the Riverwalk will make for a  memorable vacation.
