Just let a member of our conference services staff know what equipment you'll need, and we will gladly install and monitor the performance of the device for the duration of your event.
We would be happy to order additional devices, services or materials not listed. We require 30-days notice to accommodate requests for AV equipment that must be ordered from an outside vendor.
